Added production values

This package is designed for more complex treatments requiring more extensive resources. Typically this can mean multiple locations, a more dramatised approach or heavier reliance on advanced graphics or specialist equipment.

The production schedule below which covers almost all requirements for an Internal Communications video is quite flexible. If actors are required, for example, the filming schedule can be reduced by a day to allow for the additional costs.

Pre-production

Four days from an experienced producer including a detailed proposal, script writing/question development, a contact sheet, sourcing of media assets and a written summary of the brief. If filming locations are within the M25 ring, we will provide a recce at no additional cost.

Filming

Three days filming with an experienced cameraman and the same producer who completed your pre-production to ensure continuity of process. The team will be equipped with professional lighting, sound and camera equipment suitable for most situations.

Includes:

  • All equipment hire (DVCAM/HDCAM)
  • Sound man (for more challenging locations) or Second Assistant (use of track or other equipment)
  • Voice-over recording in a professional sound studio

Post-production

Seven days editing which will include cataloguing and digitisation of your footage, a first cut allowing time for you to review and make amends, before incorporating feedback and producing the final product.

Two days for advanced motion graphics and/or 3D visuals

Includes:

  • Edit suite hire
  • Royalty free soundtrack license
  • Advanced graphics and titling
  • Basic 3D sequences
  • Colour correction
  • Online proof
  • Custom DVD menu
  • Encoding for DVD or conversion for online

Additional features

Depending on the treatment chosen, any unallocated budget on the Gamma packages is reserved for some (but not all) of the following items:

  • Professional actors or actresses
  • Presenters
  • Expert speakers
  • Non-standard equipment (track, jib, dolly, crane, steadicam)
  • Autocue
  • Additional lighting and sound
  • Commercial or bespoke soundtracks
  • Animated graphics and design
  • Voice over
  • External media footage

Delivery

Two DVD masters are provided free of charge with bulk duplication available at highly competitive rates. Online hosting can also be provided see our comprehensive list of additional services.
